Is my donation secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL technology to keep your data secure. We partner with Stripe, the industry's established payment processor trusted by some of the world's largest companies. We send all data directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant servers through SSL.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Your gift is tax deductible as per your local laws and regulations, as we are a tax exempt organization under IRS rules. We will email you a donation receipt. Please keep this, as it is your official record to claim this donation as a tax deduction.

What happens when I make a recurring donation?

After a recurring donation is made, you will receive an email to set up your Donorbox donor account by creating a password for your account. The donation email will be your username. This account will be used to manage your Donorbox donor account.

Can I change or cancel my recurring donation?

Yes. To edit your recurring donation, go to Donorbox.org and login to your donor account by clicking the Donor Login link at the top of the page. If you didn't set up your account via the setup email, please use the Forgot Password link. You can then manage your donation options accordingly.

What if I don't want my Champions Circle membership listed on the website or annual report?

We respect all donors right to privacy and anonymity. If you would prefer not to be publicly named as a Champions Circle member of Hoops For Haiti, use our Contact page to send us a message and we will remove your name from the list.
